With over 20 years of experience as a professional conductor, our artistic director David Ramael will guide you through becoming aware of biases (which we all have and are confronted with), how we can drive change (and how difficult “change” is), and how we can use creativity to find solutions to overcome biases (and how the creative mindset is accessible to everyone).

But I won't be speaking alone; we will also listen to four musicians from Boho Strings who will demonstrate these concepts live.
